Cancellation Policy

The time you invest in your health is very important to us. When you schedule an appointment, your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the provider's day that could have been filled by another patient in need of care. As such, we require 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their appointment without notice, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. 

We understand that sometimes life happens and you miss an appointment here and there. However, consistency of care is the single-most important factor determining one's treatment outcome. If you have to cancel your visit with us, we will work with you to reschedule within 24 hours to keep your health & recovery goals in reach.
