Do I need to be a member of Big Mountain Barbell to see you?
Nope! While we love our BMB family, my practice is open to the entire Midvale and Salt Lake community. When you arrive, just let the front desk know you have an appointment with me, and they will point you right to my clinic space.

Do you take insurance?
To provide you with undivided, 1-on-1 attention without a third party dictating your care, we operate as an out-of-network (cash-pay) provider.
Why? This allows us to spend a full 30 to 60 minutes with you every single visit, rather than rushing you through a assembly line.
Can I use my HSA/FSA? Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards. We can also provide you with a Superbill (an itemized medical receipt) upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Since we will be actively moving, lifting, and testing your range of motion, please wear comfortable athletic clothing (gym shorts, t-shirt, sports bra, etc.) that allows easy access to the area we are treating.
How many visits will I need?
Because we focus on active rehab and give you the tools to manage your recovery at home, our goal is to get you out of pain and back to full strength as quickly as possible. Most patients see significant improvement within 3 to 6 visits. We do not sell high-pressure, 20-visit packages.
What is "Wellness Care"?
These plans utilize a non-covered health code (S8990) specifically designated for routine maintenance and preventative spinal care. This membership is designed to maintain optimal joint mechanics and performance—it is not intended to treat acute clinical injuries, worker's compensation claims, or auto accidents. (If you sustain an acute injury, we will simply transition you to a separate, temporary therapeutic active care plan).
What is an "Access Wellness Plan"?
At Kinetic Health & Sport, we have stripped away the friction of traditional medical models. Located right inside Big Mountain Barbell, our Access Wellness Memberships give you streamlined, cash-based, drop-in chiropractic adjustments designed to keep your spine moving properly and your nervous system functioning at full capacity.
